Durante este mes se ha actualizado la base de datos HeinOnline con nuevos documentos:
– Dos nuevas traducciones: la primera del 27 de agosto de 1992, actualización de la Constitución de 1978; y la Ley No. 1/1977 para la Reforma Política del 4 de enero de 1977
– Traducciones al inglés de las Constituciones de 1931, 1876 (3 variantes), 1873, 1856, 1845, 1837, 1834, 1812 y 1808
– Traducciones al francés de la Constitución de 1845
– Textos españoles de la Constitución de 1931 (2 variantes), 1876 (2), 1873 (2), 1856, 1845 (2), 1837, 1834 (2) y 1812
Además, se han incluido 33 documentos (principalmente versiones españolas), concernientes a documentos constitucionales del periodo 1923 a 1931.
Se han actualizado otros documentos de más de doce países:
Austria
The latest amendment of the Constitution of Austria was published in the BGBl No. 49 of 23 May 2012. The German text of the amending law and the consolidated text of the Federal Constitutional Law, as provided by the Federal Chancellery have been included.
Belize
Two consolidated texts have been added, concerning the Constitution of 1981: as amended to 2005, and as amended to 2011 in the edition of 1 March 2012 of the National Assembly.
Czech Republic
We have added 47 Czech and English texts concerning the period 1948 to 2012, the great majority of which concern the Constitution of 1992/3 and the amendments to it, together with the Constitutional Acts which form the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The most recent is the Constitutional Act No. 71/2012 Sb. amending the Constitution, and the consolidated text of the Constitution containing its provisions in both Czech and English, is provided.
Hungary
We have provided the Hungarian and English texts of the Constitution of 2011, effective 1 January 2012. We now also include a revised English translation, and French and German translations, of the Government of Hungary version.
United Kingdom
Two additional Acts of Parliament of this year have been included: the Protection of Freedoms Act, 2012 (Chapter 9); and the Scotland Act, 2012 (Chapter 11) which amends the Scotland Act, 1998 (Chapter 46) which we previously included in World Constitutions Illustrated.
